Chronic hip pain made walking unbearable. Anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional numbing ruled my days. I avoided my emotions with food, distractions… even drugs.
Health was the last thing on my mind.
But when I finally got the right structure, support, and accountability — everything shifted.
I rebuilt my body. Rewired my mindset. And reclaimed my life.
Along the way, I learned the holistic framework for true health — one that combines physical rehab, mental clarity, sustainable nutrition, and aligned habits that stick.
